Soda pop would not be the same without caramel colour – Penford offers a range of caramel colour products made from either wheat or sucrose. All of our caramel colour ingredients are GMO free.

Vital Wheat Gluten

We put the vitality in bread – Using only the highest quality, Australian grown wheat, Penford’s wheat gluten provides protein content greater than 75%. With high extensibility and good water absorption, Penford gluten works well in extruded products, breads and noodles.
